Five-Tier Leadership
All classes within the Five-Tier Leadership Training Module will be offered subject to enrollment. CBC has prepared a brochure on the basis of the best information available at the time of printing. Any information contained in the brochure and on this site is subject to change without notice or obligation including the academic calendar, admission and graduation requirements, course offerings and course descriptions, and registration and textbook fees.

A textbook list will be distributed to students with the title, author, publishing company and copyright date of all textbooks required for CBC courses at the beginning of each semester. Students are responsible for purchasing textbooks on their own from a local bookstore (i.e., Barnes and Noble, Heaven and Earth) or online at Amazon.com

Class Code	Course Name	Description
LTM 101	Solid Rock Foundation	This three-week course covers the foundational teachings for the Christian life and the basic doctrine of CCC. This is the first phase of CBC?s Five-Tier Leadership Training Module, which is offered throughout the year on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Sunday of each month from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. There is no cost for this specific course or its materials for those who are members of CCC. However, non-members who wish to audit this course will be assessed a Registration Fee of $25.

LTM 102	Manifested Destiny	This comprehensive course will be held in two (2) three-week sessions for a total of six weeks. It is designed for new Christians as well as those who desire to receive a better understanding of sound foundational principles. The course will focus on discipleship, mentoring / accountability, stewardship, spiritual warfare, making healthy spiritual choices, victorious Christian living and more. Manifested Destiny, the second phase of CBC?s Five-Tier Leadership Module, is offered in February, April, June, August and October on the first, second and third Sunday of consecutive months from 8:00 a.m. until 9:15 a.m.

LTM 103	Christian Workers' Training	This eight-week course teaches the believer what it means to serve God and others by offering his or her gifts and talents to the ministry of this local church. The ministry of helps within the context of CCC is discussed in detail. This course is the third phase of the Five-Tier Leadership Training Module and is offered on Wednesday evenings beginning in February and April 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. and on Sunday afternoons beginning in October from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. Members Registration Fee will be the Cost of Textbook Only

LTM 104	Discerning Your Gift	This ten-week course stimulates the thinking of the student and begins the process of learning how to discover the unique gifts and talents that may be dormant or perhaps have already been revealed, which have been given by God for the purpose of glorifying Him and edifying the Body of Christ. This course is the fourth phase of the Five-Tier Leadership Training Module and is offered twice per year, during the Spring and Fall semester (beginning in February and September respectively) on Sunday afternoons from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. Classes are held subject to a minimum enrollment of ten (10) students.

LTM 105	Dynamic Spiritual Leadership Development	This twelve-week course delves into what is required for those who desire to serve in the office of ministerial leadership at CCC. Specific qualities of godly leadership will be examined from a biblical perspective, in conjunction with criteria that is to be met for Ministry Leaders who work within the scope of CCC?s ministry programs. This course is especially designed to equip leaders with the knowledge and skills necessary to operate with a spirit of excellence. The completion of this class in particular, as well as the classes aforementioned, is absolutely necessary before a person can be considered as a candidate for leadership. Although persons may enroll in this course, completion of the class itself does not guarantee automatic entrance and placement into any leadership position(s). This class provides the final phase of the Five-Tier Leadership Training Module and is offered during the Spring semester (beginning in February) and Fall semester (beginning in July) on Sunday evenings from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Classes are held subject to a minimum enrollment of 10 (ten) students.

SPA 101	Introduction to Spanish	This course is taught by an instructor who is proficient in Spanish who also currently teaches various levels of the Spanish language to middle and high school students. Students enrolled will be introduced to the language and will learn conversational Spanish. Adult students who have never taken a Spanish course are encouraged to enroll in this twelve-week class which will be offered on Thursday nights from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. A Part II to the Introduction to Spanish course will be offered in the fall on Thursday evenings from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. for students who desire to continue using the same textbook. (The Spring semester course is offered in February and the Fall semester course is offered in September.) The cost for both the Introduction to Spanish Part I and Introduction to Spanish Part II is $75.00 per student, and students will earn two (2) college credits per course on their transcripts for successfully completing and passing this elective at CBC.
